The Happiness Kit
Happiness is a skill. It can be learned.
If we teach adults and children happiness skills, the world will be more
positive and peaceful in one generation. Sounds like a good plan.
Going by the suicide rates, relationship breakdowns, violent crimes, and
decline in social networks, we need to start now!
*****
Janine Rowe is passionate about helping others enjoy life.
Having witnessed her 23-year old son's tragic death, she
knows the only way up, is to take simple steps, one day
at a time. Her aim is to show as many people as possible
how they can take those steps to assume control of their
happiness, raise happy kids, heal from grief, learn the gift
of forgiveness- for themselves and others, lift self-esteem,
and have deeper, more meaningful relationships.
